Condition - Excellent condition, and perfect corners (except for the top right, which is missing, of course) - Black & white printed photo card.
Further Information - A temporary boardwalk has been erected to enable people to cross the road/River Seine during the floods. The water reached its maximum height of 8.62 metres on 28th January 1910 (about 28 feet) - that's about as high as the roof on the average 2 storey house.
