Further Information:  A rare view of Chester at the time when National Westminster had three representations in Chester City centre. Just along the street the Roman wall crosses the road. The bridge carries a large ornamental clock commemorating the 60th Anniversary of the reign of Queen Victoria (1897) Beyond the bridge is the other National Westminster Bank (originally Westminster Bank/Parr's Bank) - This is the only NatWest office today (2017)
