Used: Hand-written in indelible pencil, addressed to Morgan, Granville House, Chandler Road, Bexhill-on-Sea, Sussex with a ½d green stamp of Edward VII cancelled GT YARMOUTH JU 11 09
Condition - Small crease at top right corner with an even smaller one at lower left corner
Further Information - Real photo postcard showing life at the sea-side at the start of the 20th Century. A very busy beach scene with hardly a bit of flesh in sight. Seven bathing machines are seen in the middle distance with the huge bulk of Wellington Pier as the backdrop. The photo is surrounded by a wide white border, with the image sunk into the card.
