Location - MORECAMBE, Lancashire - the promenade with clock tower (Built 1904) and horse-trams.
Date - A picture from c.1905, postmarked 1919. Issued later than the original issue - PC339 (no publisher shown). This image has some minor things missing from the original (e.g. the very top of the tower, different clouds)
Size in mm (approx) - 139 x 90
Printer - M & L Ltd - (Millar & Lang Art Publishing, Glasgow)
Printer's Card No. - "National Series" - shield with a very skinny lion atop
Used: Hand written in pencil to Dixon, South Wigston, Leicester - Stamps removed, but leaves a partial postmark (19)19
Condition - light wear to corners - some scuffing to face.
Further Information - A printed colour card showing Morecambe Promenade in its hey-day. Probably early to mid-Edwardian by the dress styles. Titles at Upper right
