Description : The S.S. Albertic sailed under that name for White Star Line for only three years. Her keel was laid in Hamburg just prior to the start of WW1, but she was not completed and commissioned until 1923, having already been named as "München", and again as "Ohio". In 1927 she joined White Star and was re-named "Albertic". By 1930, she was laid, out of service, and was scrapped in Japan in 1934 - See Wikipedia's great article
