Description : The magnificent Water Tower of New Brighton in Cheshire. Built of red brick very early in the 20th Century. It exudes character far in excess of that which a water tower would merit. It has a 'Norman' style doorway with a pair of 'four panelled' wooden doors. Built on a hexagonal plan, it has a 'mini' tower at the side, all with crenellated 'battlements', clere-storey lighting, and much more. What a fantastic building
