Date - 1908 - dated from Valentines List - This looks like an un-divided back, but all the printing on the back is very feint.

Used: postally used, with a ½d stamp of George V, with a 'wavy' cancel BRIGHTON 4 JUL 16 (8 years after issue) - To Peggy Sherriffs, Barclay St, Stonehaven, Kincardinshire (sic) - There is no message
Condition - Clean with light wear to corners
Further Information - A real photo taken in front of the GRAND HOTEL, with hundreds of people on the promenade, and loads on the beach, many with black umbrellas or parasols. Still some evidence of the full length black Victorian dress. Children now bare legged in the sea.
