Used:  A ½d green stamp of Edward VII cancelled LEEDS OC 28 04 and posted only 7 days after the incident to Foreshaw. Burton Road, Derby

Condition: A crease from centre left margin to the top (near to right hand corner). Top right corner chipped, and other corners worn. Not the best of condition, but rarely seen, or known about.
Further Information: This is an incident of mistaken identity by the Russian Fleet who mistook the trawlers for the Fleet of the Imperial Japanese Navy. Read all about it at RUSSIAN OUTRAGE
