Further Information - Published by John Hinde - Colour Photo of the town Centre, Bournemouth in the late 60's  - National Provincial Bank is the large light brown building - also shown Bristol & West House - Burtons (Tailors) and Dolcis. Numerous of Bournemouth's famous yellow trolley buses are visible, on a system which was closed on 20 April 1969. This trolley-bus system was second only in size to that of London.
