Used: Posted with a ½d green stamp of Edward VII and a double circle cancel from KNUTSFORD SP 22 06 - the very office in the picture - to Martin, Dovecot Terrace, Alnwick, Northumberland
Condition - Two corners with small creases and a crease below the stamp.
Further Information - Original Black & White Postcard showing the Union Bank (of Manchester) - It looks the same today CLICK HERE , and is now the offices of a solicitor. Next door (nearer the camera) is the Post Office. The building is still there, but is no longer the Post Office - this card is in extremely good condition for well over 100 years old
