Further Information : Pamlin Prints Ltd of Croydon, started issuing copies of old postcard views in the early 1960's. They photographed old postcards and cleaned up the images to present a beautiful black & white reproduction of the original article. Most of the original cards would be out of financial reach to many collectors today - that is IF YOU COULD FIND ONE TO BUY. They are clearly marked as prints, so no one can be fooled, but they are as good, if not better than the originals. Wonderful postcards to have if you can't get the original. There are also many other postcards of views which they have been taking themselves since at least the 1970's, and these originals are almost 50 years old now.
